  • ¼ cup fresh Chives (Finely Chopped)
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
How to make Red Potato Salad With Sour Cream And Chives:
  • Scrub the potatoes without peeling. If potatoes are large cut them into half. Boil them with their skin until fork-tender. Drain, dry and cut into ½ inch cubes.
  • Combine potatoes, sour cream, yogurt and chives in a salad bowl, and toss the coat gently. Add salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate until chilled.
