  • 1 Cup dried pinto beans
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • A small onion, minced
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
How to make Refried Beans:
  • Soak the beans overnight in water.
  • Cook on the stovetop in 3 cups boiling water for about 2 to 3 hours.
  • Take olive oil in a pan and fry onion and garlic in it.
  • Mash the beans and then add it to the pan along with chili powder, cumin and salt, cook for about 5 minutes.
