• 1 Cup dried pinto beans
• 2 Cloves garlic, minced
• A small onion, minced
• 1 tsp Chili powder
• 1 tsp Cumin
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• 2 tsp Salt

| How to make Refried Beans: |
| • | Soak the beans overnight in water.
|
| • | Cook on the stovetop in 3 cups boiling water for about 2 to 3 hours.
|
| • | Take olive oil in a pan and fry onion and garlic in it.
|
| • | Mash the beans and then add it to the pan along with chili powder, cumin and salt, cook for about 5 minutes. |
