Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 1 cup cold Boiled Rice
  • Pinch of Salt
How to make Rice Muffins:
  • Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
  • Add beaten egg, milk, and butter to it. Mix well.
  • Stir in cold rice until well combine.
  • Transfer the mixture into well greased muffin tins.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
