  • 1 cup unsalted Peanuts
  • 1 Tomato (seeded & chopped)
  • ½ tsp Green Chilly (chopped)
  • 1 small Onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • Little Kashmiri Chilly Powder
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tbsp Oil
How to make Roasted Peanuts:
  • Place peanuts in a pan and dry roast them on low flame, stirring occasionally until brown.
  • Combine roasted peanuts with onion, tomato, green chilly, and chaat masala in a large bowl. Toss well.
  • Stir in coriander leaves, Kashmiri chilly powder, and salt.
  • Drizzle lemon juice with oil. Toss to blend well.
  • Transfer into bowls and serve.
