  • 4 Colored Bell Peppers (roasted, seeded & chopped )
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Cumin salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
How to make Roasted Pepper Salad:
  • Heat oil in a pan and put in bell peppers with all remaining ingredients.
  • Shallow fry them on medium flame until the dressing thickens.
  • Then take it off heat and keep it to the side for 30 min.
  • Serve it with crispy bread.
