  • 250 g Wheat Flour
  • ½ cup White or Brown Sugar
  • 300 g Clarified Butter (Ghee)
  • 1 tsp Black Cardamom Seeds
  • ¼ tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • ¼ cup Milk
How to make Roth:
  • Knead the wheat with milk, water, sugar, cardamom seeds and 3 spoons of ghee.
  • It should be semi-elastic.
  • Form balls of the dough and roll into small chapatti shapes.
  • Fry them in ghee until golden.
  • Sprinkle poppy seeds.
Serve with green tea (Qahva)
