Ingredients:
  • 2 Boiled potatoes
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Cups boiled chicken
  • 1 Cup boiled beans
  • 1 Cup cream
  • 1 Cup yoghurt
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
How to make Russian Salad:
  • Cut potatoes,chicken and apples into pieces.
  • Mix yoghurt,cream and mayonnaise well.
  • Add potatoes,chicken and apples.
  • Russian Salad is ready.

One can also use - finely sliced uncooked cabbage, cooked peas, cooked and chopped - carrots, potatoes, green beans, chicken and eggs. Chopped walnuts, apples and grapes. Mayonnaise, cream, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well and serve.

1 cup Boiled green peas, 1/2 cup boiled and cut carrots and 4 pineapple slices cut in to small cubes also should be added to make perfect Russian salad.
