  • 1 Cup shrimp (peeled)
  • 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Cup flour
  • 2 Onions
  • 4 Cups water
  • 2 tbsp Green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Celery (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 tbsp Black pepper
  • Salt to taste
How to make Shrimp Stew:
  • Cut onions into dices.
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add flour and stir till golden brown.
  • Now add diced onion to the flour mixture.
  • Cook till onions turn soft.
  • Add shrimp and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Stir in water.
  • Now cook over medium heat till it starts boiling.
  • Mix in chopped green bell pepper, celery, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Cook the mixture over low heat for 40 minutes.
  • Shrimp Stew is ready.
