  • 2 cup Basmati Rice
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick (dalchini)
  • 5 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 Clove (laung)
  • 1 Black Cardamom
  • Salt, to taste
How to make Sindhi Fried Rice:
  • Wash and strain rice in a colander and let it stand for 10 minutes.
  • Now, take a heavy pan and heat ghee in it.
  • Put cinnamon, clove, salt and black cardamom and then add rice to it. Fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Now, put water in it and cook the rice.
  • Serve hot.
