| • | Heat oil in a non-stick vessel.

| • | Add mustard seeds and saute until they splutter.

| • | Now add cumin seeds and urad dal.

| • | Fry urad dal until light brown.
|
| • | Now combine ginger garlic paste with it and fry for 2 minutes.

| • | Add onions and saute until light brown.
|
| • | Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes get fully cooked.

| • | Now add water, soya granules, red chilly powder, garam masala, coriander-cumin powder and salt.
|
| • | Cook it until soya gets cooked.
|
| • | Add dry methi and cook for another 2 minutes. |
