Ingredients:
• 1 Cup soya granules
• 2 Chopped tomatoes
• 1 Chopped onion
• 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
• 1 tsp Red chilly powder
• 1 tsp Dry kasoori methi
• 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
• 1 tsp Coriander-cumin powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1 Cup water

For Seasoning:
• 1 tsp Urad dal
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
How to make Soya Curry:
Heat oil in a non-stick vessel.
Add mustard seeds and saute until they splutter.
Now add cumin seeds and urad dal.
Fry urad dal until light brown.
Now combine ginger garlic paste with it and fry for 2 minutes.
Add onions and saute until light brown.
Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes get fully cooked.
Now add water, soya granules, red chilly powder, garam masala, coriander-cumin powder and salt.
Cook it until soya gets cooked.
Add dry methi and cook for another 2 minutes.
