Ingredients:
  • 300 g Soya Chunks
  • 2 Vanilla Pod
  • Sugar (to taste)
How to make Soya Milk:
  • Soak soya chunks in water for 1 day.
  • Wash with clean water and drain thoroughly.
  • Peel the skin of the soya chunks.
  • Place a handful of soya chunks into a blender with enough water to cover them. Blend until creamy. Repeat the same with the remaining soya.
  • Simmer soya milk with sugar and vanilla pods in a pan.
  • Remove the foam forming over the soya milk and strain.
  • Pour into serving glasses and serve.
