  • 1 Shallot, thinly sliced
  • 3-5 Thai Chili Pepper, sliced
  • 2 Shrimp, minced
  • 2 tbsp Nam Budoo
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 Kaffir Lime leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 stalks Lemon Grass, thinly sliced
How to make Spicy Budoo:
  • First of all, Peel and devein shrimp.
  • Then, Cut the shrimp up into small pieces.
  • The you can heat budoo sauce over a medium heat.
  • Let it boil and add shrimp.
  • You can remove from heat when the shrimp is cooked.
  • It would not take more than a few minutes. Slice shallot, lemon grasses, kaffir lime leaves and chili peppers thinly.
  • You can use two stalks of lemon grass for small stalk and one for a large one.
  • Then, Squeeze the lime juice in the pot.
  • Slowly add the sliced ingredients to the pot or serving bowl.
  • Mix it well and you can serve with rice and vegetables such as Thai eggplants, stinky beans, cucumbers, green beans and any leafy vegetables
