Ingredients:
  • ½ tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Green Onions (chopped)
  • 2 small Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Cumin (ground)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon (ground)
  • 1 cup Couscous
  • 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
How to make Spicy Couscous:
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry green onion with tomatoes for 3 min. Then take it off heat.
  • Take remaining ingredients except couscous, parsley in a fresh pan and cook it covered for 5 min.
  • Put in couscous with fried tomatoes, onions and plump it up using folk.
  • Top up with parsley and serve it hot.
