  • 500 gm Fish Fillet (cleaned and sliced)
  • 1 Lemon (halved)
  • 1 pinch Black Salt
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Mango Powder
  • 1½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 3-4 drops Red Coloring
  • Oil for frying

    Grind Together:
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Cardamoms
  • 1 pinch Oregano
  • 2 dry Red Chilies
How to make Spicy Fish:
  • Rub 1 lemon half over fish pieces combine with turmeric powder, mango powder, black salt, and grinded ingredients. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
  • Combine egg with flour and food coloring and spread over the fish. Gently mix.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and drop fish pieces into small batches.
  • Fry until golden brown and place on an absorbing sheet. Drizzle with juice of remaining lemon half over fish and serve hot.
