  • 225 g Mushroom (halved)
  • 1 small Onion (cubed)
  • 1 small Tomato (cubed)
  • 1 small Capsicum (cubed)
  • A pinch of Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Green Chili (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Spicy Mushroom:
  • Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  • Stir in green chili and onion. Shallow fry until the onion turns golden brown.
  • Add in capsicum and tomato. Mix and cook until tender.
  • Stir in mushrooms, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cover the pan and cook on low flame, until mushrooms are well cooked.
  • Serve hot.
