Strawberry-Gin Cocktail Recipe

• Ice Cubes
• 1 Strawberry
• 2 fresh Basil Leaves
• 2 tsp White Sugar
• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz fresh Lemon Juice
• 3 oz chilled Club Soda

• Put sugar and strawberry basil leaves into a cocktail shaker and mash well with a cocktail muddle.
• Add half of the ice to the cocktail shaker and place the rest into a tall glass.
• Pour in the lemon juice and gin, cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted.
• Strain it into the chilled glass over the ice, top with the club soda, and stir properly to serve.
