  • 1 large Sweet Potato (boiled and peeled)
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1/2 inch piece Ginger
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Jaggery (Gur)
  • 2 tsp Tamarind Pulp
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
How to make Sweet Potato Chutney:
  • In a mortar, pound the green chillies, ginger, cumin seeds, salt and boiled sweet potato.
  • Add a little water, jaggery and tamarind pulp to it and pound again till it achieves chutney like consistency.
  • Serve garnished with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
