  • 1 pound ground Beef
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can Italian-style stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz) can light Red Kidney Beans (drained)
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
  • 1 (8 oz) can Tomato Sauce
  • 50 ml fluid Tequila
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1½ tsp ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
How to make Tequila Chili:
  • Stir fry the meat until evenly brown, over medium heat in the rendered fat, mixing and breaking with a spoon.
  • Drain off the excess fat and add tomatoes, kidney beans, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, tequila, chili powder, cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  • Mix well and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve hot.
