Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Ivy Gourd or Tindora (sliced)
  • ¼ cup Shallots (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper (crushed)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
  • 9-10 pieces Coconut Pieces
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • ¼ tsp Mustard Seeds
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Tindora Fry:
  • Take oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds.
  • Stir in shallots, red pepper, garlic, and coconut pieces. Fry until the shallots turn deep brown in color.
  • Mix in turmeric powder and tindora. Flavor with salt and cook on medium flame, until the tindora turns tender and the mixture is completely dry.
  • Serve hot.
