| Ingredients: |
| • 225 gm Hard tofu, cubed
• 1 Cup basmati rice, cooked
• 1 Onion, chopped
• 2 Tomatoes, chopped
• 1 tsp Garam masala powder
• Salt to taste
• 3 Garlic cloves, crushed
• 1" piece Ginger, crushed
• 2 Green chilies
• 4 Whole cloves
• 1" Cinnamon stick
• 1 Black peppercorn
• 1 Bay leaf
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 2 tbsp Ghee/butter
| | | How to make Tofu Rice: |
| • | In frying pan, heat ghee/butter.
|
| • | Add cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf, black peppercorn and cumin seeds and cook until done.
|
| • | Add onion and sauté until golden brown.
|
| • | Add tomatoes and sauté until ghee comes out.
|
| • | Add garam masala, salt, garlic, ginger and chilies. Fry for 2 minutes.

| • | Add tofu cubes and fry for 2 min, stirring continuously.
|
| • | Add cooked rice and mix well.
|
| • | Tofu Rice is ready. |
