Ingredients:
  • 4 oz Mustard Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 3 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 lb Tomatoes
  • 1 large Onion
  • 4 oz Vinegar
How to make Tomato Chutney In Oil:
  • Finely chop onion and tomatoes; mix it well.
  • Now add vinegar, salt, chilli powder and sugar; stir it well.
  • In a frying pan, heat oil and fry mustard seeds for 2-3 minutes.
  • Spoon tomato mixture and sauté until chutney thickens.
  • Allow it to cool and store it in a bottle.
