Ingredients:
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 3 Onions (chopped)
  • 5 Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 4 Eggs (boiled)
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • Few Curry Leaves
  • Few Coriander Leaves
  • Salt (to taste)
How to make Tomato Egg Curry:
  • Slice the eggs into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onions and curry leaves.
  • Put in tomatoes and salt. Stir and cook until the tomatoes get tender.
  • Stir in chili powder and garam masala. Mix and cook for a minute.
  • Add sliced eggs and stir until the eggs are covered with the masala.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.
