  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 5-6 sprigs of Mint Leaves (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsp Onion
  • 2 tsp Carrot
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 3 large Tomatoes (boiled)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • Salt as per taste
How to make Tomato-Mint Soup:
  • Peel and cut the tomatoes.
  • Make a fine paste of tomatoes and chillies.
  • Take a kadai, add butter and prepared tomato paste.
  • Boil it till it turns red in color.
  • Enjoy it hot.

every thing is good but what about other ingredients like carrot onion and mint leaf when should it has to b added that is not clear.... can mention it clearly.
