- 2 lb ground Deer Meat
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1½ tsp Liquid Smoke
- ¼ cup Water
- Dash of Pepper
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- ½ tsp Black Pepper Corns, crushed
How to make Trail Bologna:
- Add all the ingredients and shape into rolls.
- Wrap it up in wax paper and refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Remove the wrapping and lay on pan.
- Bake the content at 300 degrees for 45 minutes and serve.
