Tuna curry is one dish that has to be a favorite among all fish eaters. Made with lemon juice and little sugar this preparation is a healthy and has lovely taste which can make the taste of any dish a lot tastier.

  • 12 Ounces canned tuna (drained)
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Small onion
  • 1 Small tomato
  • 1 Small green chili pepper
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
How to make Tuna Curry:
  • Take a frying pan and heat oil.
  • Add tuna, curry powder and salt.
  • Saute it for about 5 minutes, keep stirring.
  • Now add tomato, chili, lemon juice, sugar, onion and water.
  • Cook it until the onions soften and the curry is well cooked.
