  • 3 tins Tuna Fish
  • 4 Onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
  • 10 Green Chilies (chopped)
  • 1 bunch of Curry Leaves
  • 6 boiled Potatoes
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Meat Masala
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 2 cups Oil
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
How to make Tuna Cutlets:
  • Mash boiled potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onions, curry leaves, green chilies, garlic, ginger, garam masala, and meat masala, until brown.
  • Remove from heat and mix in fish.
  • Mix in the mashed potatoes and flavor with salt and pepper.
  • Divide the tuna mixture into ovals forming cutlets.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Dip each cutlet into egg whites and then fold into breadcrumbs.
  • Fry in hot oil. Repeat with remaining cutlets.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
