Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 medium Yellow Bell Peppers (seeded and diced)
  • 2 medium Red Bell Peppers (seeded and diced)
  • 1 pound fresh Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 small Onion (chopped)
  • 2 medium Zucchini (cubed)
  • 3 tbsp Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Steak Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 (16 ounce) package Turkey Kielbasa (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar (or to taste)
  • Parmesan Cheese (grated, for topping)
How to make Turkey Polish Sausage and Peppers:
  • Place a large skillet on medium-high heat and heat olive oil.
  • Add red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, onion and garlic. Stir to evenly mix them.
  • Add steak seasoning and onion powder. Cover the skillet and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add sausage and mix well. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add a dash of balsamic vinegar and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve immediately.
