Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Rice
• 2 cups Vegetables (Beans/Carrots/Peas and cut into pieces)
• 1 Onions (cut into pieces)
• 8 Green chilies
• 1 piece of Ginger (grated)
• 4 flakes Garlic (grated)
• 6 Cloves
• 1 small piece Cinnamon
• 4 Cardamons
• 3 tbsp Butter/ghee
• Salt
How to make Vegetable Fried Rice:
Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes.
Drain water and keep it aside.
In a frying pan, heat butter and add cloves, cinnamon, cardamon and fry for a minute.
Add ginger & garlic and fry for a minute.
Now add onion and fry till it turns light brown.
Add vegetables to it and fry for about 10 minutes until a little tender.
Now add rice and fry for a while until the rice turns light brown.
Pour 3 to 3 1/2 cups of water and add salt (to taste) and cook to boil.
Now your Vegetable Fried Rice is ready.
