  • 1 lb coarsely ground Florida Venison
  • 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped Parsley
  • ¼ cup finely chopped Green Bell Pepper
  • ½ tsp Seasoning Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tsp prepared Horseradish
  • ½ tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1 large Onion (thinly sliced)
  • ¼ lb Mushrooms (thinly sliced)
  • ¼ stick Butter
  • ¼ lb Gouda Cheese (thinly sliced)
  • 4 large Hamburger Buns (toasted)
How to make Venison Burgers:
  • Combine venison, garlic, parsley, bell pepper, seasoning salt, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, and hot pepper sauce in a large bowl. Mix well to uniformly combine.
  • Shape into four patties.
  • Heat a non-sticky griddle and grease it properly. Grill each patty for 5 minutes on each side until it turns color.
  • Heat butter in a pan and fry onions and mushrooms until caramelized.
  • Slice the hamburger buns crosswise into two halves.
  • Place the patties over one halves of the buns.
  • Top with onion mixture and cheese. Place the other halves and press firmly.
  • Serve now.
