Ingredients:
  • Wheat Berries (cooked and cooled)
  • Celery (large stalk)
  • ¼ Sweet Onion (finely chopped)
  • ¼ Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 Carrot (large)
  • Dressing:
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
How to make Wheat Berry Salad:
  • Mix all the veggies together in a medium sized bowl.
  • Mix the dressing ingredients with the same and then pour salad over it.
  • Store the mixed salad in the fridge for at least an hour.
