- 1 Can red salmon
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 6 oz Sour cream
- Juice of 1-1/2 lemons
- Pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnishing
- Drain the salmon. Remove skin and bones.
- Mix all the ingredients (except sour cream) in a food processor till smooth.
- Place it into a bowl.
- Now cover it with sour cream.
- Decorate with parsley.
- Keep it into the refrigerator until set.
- Serve Salmon Mousse with unsalted crackers.
