- 4 Oranges
- 3 Pounds sugar
- 4 Cup water
- Wash oranges and remove the seeds.
- Cut them into small pieces.
- Add water and let stand for about 24 hours.
- Weigh mixture on a scale and ready as much sugar on the side.
- Cook the mixture for about 30 minutes.
- Add sugar and keep stirring.
- Cook till the mixtures drips out of ladle in wide heavy drops.
- Remove the foam.
- Now pack into jars.
