- 5 Cups turkey stock
- 1/4 Cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Celery salt
- 1 Cup water
- 1 tsp Poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- Take a saucepan and add the turkey stock.
- Bring it to a boil.
- Mix flour with water in a small bowl.
- Slowly whisk into the turkey stock.
- Add salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and celery salt.
- Now bring it to a boil
- Reduce the flame and simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes or till thickened.
