- 4 Large ripe tomatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1/3 Cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 Pound fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Take a big plate and alternate and overlap the tomato slices, mozzarella cheese slices, and basil leaves on it.
- Drizzle it with the olive oil.
- Now Season with salt and pepper and serve.
