- 1 lb Lean ground lamb
- 1-1/2 tsp Dried oregano, crushed
- 2 Cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 3/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- Take a big bowl and combine all the ingredients in it, mix well.
- Shape them into 1/2 inch thick patties.
- Broil for about 8 to 10 minutes till no longer pink.
- Cut thinly and serve with sliced tomatoes, pita bread, thinly sliced onion, yogurt sauce and cucumber.
