Microwave Potato & Kidney Bean Salad
- 200 gm Kidney beans, de-seeded
- 1/2 kg Potatoes
- 2 Green chillies
- 2 Spring onions, chopped
- 2 Cloves garlic, crushed
- Few Coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Take oil, onions, green chilies, and garlic and cook on microwave on high mode for about 4 minutes.
- Combine the remaining ingredients, mix well and cook on high mode for another 4 minutes.
- Garnish it with the chopped the coriander leaves and serve.
