- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp Orange Peel (finely shredded)
- 3/4 cup Orange Juice
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Combine sugar, cornstarch, and orange peel in a small saucepan.
- Stir in orange juice and cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
- Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
- Remove from heat; stir in butter and serve hot.
