- 1 Cup grated seeded peeled cucumber
- 1 tbsp Fresh mint, chopped
- 1 Cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 tsp Lemon juice fresh
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp Fresh dill chopped
- Salt to taste
- Put cucumber on several layers of paper towels and sprinkle it with salt.
- Let stand for about 30 minutes.
- Combine cucumber, yogurt, and rest of the ingredients, mix well till well blended.
- Place it into the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.
- Cucumber Sauce is ready to serve.
