- 2 Cups maida
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- Butter milk as required
- 3 Green chilies
- A bunch of coriander leaves, finely chopped
- A pinch soda
- Salt as required
- Oil for deep frying
- Combine together the maida, onions, chillies, salt, coriander leaves and baking soda along with buttermilk, mix well.
- Take a pan and heat oil in it.
- Make pakoras and deep fry them.
