- 2 Egg yolks
- 4 Cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 Cup olive oil
- A pinch salt
- Blend garlic along with the egg yolks and salt.
- Add olive oil gradually to it, stirring vigorously by the hand, or with a mixer.
- Aioli is ready to serve.
