- 3 Bundles lettuce
- 2 Onions
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 cups Milk
- Small bunches of herbs like basil, mint etc
- Pepper as per taste
- Salt to taste
- Chop lettuce and onions.
- Melt butter in a vessel and fry the chopped vegetables until they became tender.
- Add milk to the vegetable mixture.
- Cook the mixture for about 10 minutes.
- Now blend the mixture in a liquidizer.
- Strain the soup and heat for a while.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Lettuce soup is ready to serve.
