- 1 Cup rice, uncooked
- 8 Pieces chicken
- 6 Cups chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tbsp Butter or margarine
- 1 Small onion, chopped
- 1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
- 1/2 Cup celery, chopped
- 3 Cups water
- Salt to taste
- Bring water to a boil in the Dutch oven and then add bouillon cubes to it.
- Combine the other ingredients with bouillon and water, except chicken.
- Now season the chicken with salt and lay the pieces on the top of the rice mixture.
- Cook it for about 1-1/2 hours at 400 degrees F.
