- 1 can Garbanzo Beans
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 clove of Garlic
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 2-3 tbsp Tahini Sauce
- Salt to taste
- Drain 1/3 the water from the can of garbanzo beans into a bowl and keep aside for later use.
- In a blender, mix together the garbanzo beans with rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for about 1 to 2 minutes, or till smooth.
- If required, you can add small amount of the saved can water and blend to create a more fluid consistency.
- Humus is ready to serve.
