- 3 Bunches of Asparagus
- 1 Quarter of Cream or Milk
- 1 tbsp of Butter
- 1/2 tbsp Flour
- Boil the asparagus in 1 quarter salt water till tender.
- Drain water off, and add cream.
- Mix butter and flour together and add to the asparagus before taking from the stove.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Asparagus soup is ready to serve.
