- 2 large Bananas (peeled, thinly sliced)
- 2 large Oranges (peeled, with pipe removed)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 140 ml Plain Yogurt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- Mix the sugar, pepper, chili powder, salt and curd together.
- Add the bananas, oranges to the above-made curd and mix together for 2 minutes.
- Fruit Curd is ready to serve.
