Strawberry Champagne Soup
- 5 cups Quartered Strawberries
- 1/4 cup White Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Champagne
- 1 tsp Whipped Cream
- Put the strawberries, sugar and salt into a blender, and blend until smooth. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
- Stir in champagne just before serving.
- Decorate with a dollop of whipped cream and a strawberry.
- Strawberry Champagne Soup is ready to serve.
