- 500 gms Matzo Farfel (soaked in warm water and drained)
- 100 gms Peaches (sliced)
- 3/4 cup Melted Butter
- 2 cups Peach Juice
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 7 Eggs
- Take a large bowl and mix matzo farfel, eggs, sugar, salt, Vanilla, peach juice and melted butter together.
- Layer the mixture and the peaches in a deep baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake for one hour in a preheated oven at 350 degree F.
- Garnish with remaining peaches and serve.
