- 450 gm Fresh Asparagus Spears (trimmed)
- 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Take butter and olive oil in a large skillet. Heat it over medium flame.
- Add asparagus spears and cook, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes.
- Put off the flame, drain excess oil, and sprinkle cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Asparagus Parmesan is ready. Serve hot.
