- 1 Custard Apple
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 2 tbsp Brandy
- 2 Limes
- Mix together juice of limes, sugar, ginger, brandy and vanilla essence in a saucepan.
- Heat on medium flame.
- Add flesh of custard apple and simmer until sauce turns syrupy.
- Place these filling in crepes and roll them up.
- Howard Crepe is ready.
- Serve warm with cream and blueberries.
