- 2 ounces Unsweetened Chocolate
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 4 cups Milk
- A pinch of Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- Place a saucepan over medium heat-low heat and add chocolate, sugar, milk and salt in it.
- Heat the mixture while stirring continuously, until the chocolate melts and is well blended with milk.
- Add vanilla and pour the hot chocolate into cups.
